personality one has. In today’s economic state of the world and over-population problems, one feels
even bestowed, having a job. Thinking about Job-related problems and their impact on one’s own self

• Conflicts b/w co-workers or with Bosses.
• Un-rewarding Administration.

What are the Signs & Symptoms of Work Place Stress?
Workplace Stress never comes the same to every person. One may feel IRRITATED and the other
AGITATED, while the third person may report FEELING LOW. Plus You are not always able to identify it,
even if you, yourself are the ones suffering from it. ALSO, its symptoms progress very fast, starting from
emotional and mental exhaustion to physical manifestations and affecting the general well-being of a
person.
