Govt launch another mobile app : Pak Nigheban

The government of Pakistan is launching a mobile application like never before. This time its mobile app: Pak Nigheban.

The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) has launched another application initially only for android users. The Application is named Pak Nigheban which will inform its users about the availability of ventilators across the country.

This application is linked with more than 1100 hospitals of the country initially in the first phase, this number will increase with time. This application can help citizens as well as medical staff to accommodate the patients who are in critical condition suffering from the deadly disease.

Corona Virus may be on Peak in End July or Start of August, says the premier of Pakistan Mr. Imran Khan while addressing to the nation this evening. With more than 105000 cases in the country, we are at number 15 in the world surpassing Mexico, China, and Saudi Arabia.

It would be interesting for the readers of this blog that this is probably the 6th application launched by the Government of Pakistan on the Corona Virus. The others are listed below:

  2. Health Assessment PDMA
  3. Pakistan National Action Plan for COVID 19
  4. Health Monitoring PDMA
  5. Resource Management System and
  6. Pak Nigheban

The government of Pakistan is under criticism especially Prime Minister Imran Khan on misleading the nation about the Corona Virus and the sensitivity of the issue. Pakistan is confirming a new high tally in COVID -19 Cases. There is a dire need for a cohesive national strategy on the issue.

On the other hand, Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Ardern announces today that there is no Corona Virus Disease in the Country. Cricket Coach Dean Jhons suggester to shift ICC T20 Worldcup which is scheduled this year.
